Everything was perfect, with polite and helpful staff, met what was needed. The location was good - near to T2 Mumbai international Airport as well as the terminal 2👍

Nice place, private parking, helpful staff. Plenty of nice food at breakfast time. Good value for money room and a private safe, climate control, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside. Particularly good location of the hotel, right by the airport, "gateway star property', and the terminal 2. Also, in Mumbai.

The location near the airport is handy for quick travel, and the helpful staff made the check-in process smooth. Being close to shops was a bonus for last-minute essentials we needed during our stay.
The lack of cleanliness, including the dirty rooms and the cigarette smell lingering around, was off-putting. the noise at night from other guests was disruptive and management did not address it effectively.

Booked it for 1 day and had a VERY COMFORTABLE experience, the hotel was a short walk to the city center, the popular tourist spot, and taxi services, making it convenient for short stays near the airport.
